Virtual Consultation Policy Thank you for booking a virtual consultation! My goal is to provide you with expert guidance tailored to your needs while ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Please review the following policies before your session: 📌 Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All consultations are conducted via zoom. A link will be sent prior to your session. ⏳ Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. However, you may apply your payment toward a future session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion. 📄 Consultation & Follow-Up Your consultation will include a personalized assessment and expert recommendations. You will receive a summary of key takeaways and suggested products/routines after the session. Results depend on consistency and commitment. While I provide expert advice, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. 📷 Photos & Documentation With your permission, I may request before-and-after photos to track progress or feature anonymous success stories.
